Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are personal care and cosmetic items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, we are happy to assist you if there is an issue with your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at: sheaessencellc@gmail.com.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A store credit or refund (case-by-case)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products purchased on sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

Allergy & Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer

Our products are made with carefully selected ingredients, but individual skin reactions may vary.

We recommend:

  • Performing a patch test before full use
  • Reviewing all ingredient lists before purchase

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs (if applicable)

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Final Sale Notice

All skincare, haircare, and body care products are considered final sale due to hygiene and safety standards.
