Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Shea Essence is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If this occurs:

  • We will assist where possible

Delays

  • Weather conditions

Warm Weather Advisory (Important for Your Products)

Because our products are made with natural butters and oils, they may soften or melt during transit in warm temperatures.

If this happens:

  • Place the product in a cool area or refrigerator to restore texture
  • Product quality and effectiveness will not be affected
